Frequently Asked Questions

  • Life coaching helps you gain awareness and move to action. Every meeting is a partnership between coach and client to reach a specific goal. Therapy often explores the past and heals emotional wounds. Coaching is the opportunity to optimize how you live, love and lead to move through the world more consciously.

  • I work with women who feel stuck between gratitude and burnout—especially mothers navigating major life or identity shifts. My clients want to feel grounded, fulfilled, and connected to themselves again, but often aren’t sure where to start.

  • No. The motherhood journey is unique to each woman and identity shifts and challenges can show up at any time. I work with mothers of young children to mothers with grandchildren, and all moms in between. With that said, the postpartum period is incredibly sensitive and I ensure moms with children under the age of 2 know about postpartum services.

  • No. While much of my work centers on motherhood, the tools I use—Energy Leadership, mindfulness, and mindset work—apply to anyone seeking personal growth, alignment, and greater self-awareness.

  • Each session is a collaborative conversation. We’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and what you’d like to create instead. You’ll leave each session with clarity, practical tools, and/or new perspectives to apply right away.

  • Coaching is right for you if you’re ready to grow. If you feel disconnected from yourself, overwhelmed, or uncertain about what’s next, coaching can help you gain clarity and confidence while strengthening your self-trust and sense of direction.

  • Matrescence is the developmental transition of becoming a mother. Like adolescence, it involves physical, emotional, and cognitive changes that reshape your brain and identity. Understanding matrescence helps you embrace motherhood as a period of evolution rather than loss.

  • Clients often experience greater calm, clarity, and confidence. They develop stronger boundaries, feel more connected to themselves, and rediscover joy in both motherhood and daily life. The biggest shift is often a renewed sense of authenticity and purpose.

  • The ELI is a research-backed assessment that measures how you see and respond to the world. It reveals your energetic “operating system,” showing how you lead yourself and others under both normal and stressful conditions. The insights are transformative and actionable.

  • Yes. I attended life coach training at the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC) and attained their Certified Professional Coach (CPC) credential in 2017. I’m also certified through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC).

  • You can work with me through 3-, 6-, or 12-month personalized programs, depending on your goals and level of support. Each program is customized to your needs, pace, and budget.
